To send or receive deals, the first step is to sign up and become a member for free by clicking on the "Join Now" button. Once you have joined, your membership will be activated immediately and you will automatically receive a Daily Deals email on mornings when at least one property was submitted the day before. Make sure you put in your email address and phone number(s) so other investors can contact you about your deals.
To submit your property to the group, click on the "Submit Deal" button. Then simply login, fill in the property information form and click the submit button. The next morning, your deal will be included in the Daily Deals email that gets sent to all ColumbusBuySellTrade.com members once a day. Make sure you put in your email address and the phone number(s) where investors should contact you. Happy investing!
